• Applies only to games published by Rookie Mage Games and purchased on www.rookiemage.com.
• DOES NOT apply to Rookie Mage Games products purchased through retail stores, on other websites, or other sales channels.
• LOL Guarantee requests must be made within 30 days of date of purchase.
• Refund amount will be for the price at the time of purchase. (If the game was on sale or a discount was used, you will be refunded the price you paid.)
• The game(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of your LOL Guarantee request.
• Returned games must be in working order. If the returned game(s) is damaged, your refund will be denied.
• Return shipping costs may apply.
• Refunds will be processed once the product(s) has been returned to us. Please allow 30 days for refund processing.
